Lloyd Huffman - President
Lloyd earned a bachelor of arts degree in Physics from the University of North Texas. He served as an area systems engineer for Motorola Inc. from 1968 to 1974 and designed many of the communications systems utilized by local governments throughout Texas. He departed Motorola in 1974 to create Huffman Communications. Today Huffman Communications provides a broad range of services including the sales and repair of two-way radio equipment, microwave system design / implementation and rental tower leasing. It's customer base includes commercial businesses, city governments, volunteer fire departments and electric/water utilities.
Lloyd, along with a number of local volunteers, formed a 501C-3 non-profit organization called Weather Radar Warning Systems, Inc. during the late 1970's. It's mission was to provide a warning mechanism for the citizens of Navarro County, TX by utilizing weather radar. Initially housed on top of the local hospital, the radar complex now resides on several acres of land and is home to both an S band and C band radar.

David Huffman - Vice President of Software Development
David earned a bachelor of science degree in both Computer Science and Industrial Engineering from Texas A&M University. He served as a Research Assistant for Nelson & Associates, a safety and engineering consulting firm, from 1993-1995. In 1996 David joined Huffman Communications assisting in the installation of microwave systems. After only a short period of time, he began development of the radar display project now known as SKYSWEEP ™ .
Steve Huffman -
Vice President of Sales and Marketing
-Steve earned a bachelor of business administration degree in Marketing from Texas A&M University in 1996. After graduating he joined Huffman Communications where his initial responsibility was the daily management of the company's service department. During the same time period he was also charged with marketing the company's rental tower portfolio which now includes 9 sites throughout various portions of north-central and east texas.
